JVCKENWOOD Corporation announces the acquisition of EF Johnson Technologies, Inc. The intent of this notification is to assure you, our customer, that this formation, at this time, will not affect KENWOOD Electronics Canada Inc. Distribution, Warranty, Customer Service and Support to you in any way. Information related to distribution of EF Johnson Technologies products and services will be announced as details of the acquisition are finalized.
JVCKENWOOD’s core communications business focuses a sizable portion of its marketing efforts in P25 digital Land Mobile Radio (LMR) for public safety, such as police, fire and emergency services in North America.
