    JVCKENWOOD CORPORATION APPOINTS ROBERT (BOB) HARVEY AS PRESIDENT FOR JVC CANADA INC. AND JVC PROFESSIONAL PRODUCTS CANADA INC.

    MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO (Corporate) --

    JVCKENWOOD Corporation is pleased to appoint Mr. Robert (Bob) Harvey, current President of KENWOOD Electronics Canada Inc., to take leadership over three Canadian subsidiaries of the JVCKENWOOD group.
     
    As of October 1st, Mr. Harvey will be assigned as President of JVC Canada Inc. and also JVC Professional Products Canada Inc. He will take leadership as top management for the three Canadian subsidiary companies including: JVC Canada Inc., JVC Professional Products Canada Inc. and KENWOOD Electronics Canada Inc.
     
    For the past two and a half years, Mr. Harvey has been President of KENWOOD Electronics Canada Inc. For eight years prior he had served as General Manager, Communications Division, served on the company’s executive committee and participated in the action planning at KENWOOD U.S.A. From 1997 – 2002, Mr. Harvey was the National Sales Manager, Communications. Prior to joining KENWOOD, Mr. Harvey held various senior management positions both in Canada and the United States.
     
    Mr. Harvey has 30+ years’ experience in the electronics business including audio, radio, communications, professional and commercial sound markets.
