Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher must be installed. |

PLEASE NOTE : The .NET Framework 2.0 (or later) which is available for download from Microsoft download center must also be installed. (Windows Vista™users do not need to install the .NET Framework.)
How to check if the .NET Framework 2.0 (or later) is installed in your Windows® 2000 / XP : Open the Control Panel and select Add/ Remove Programs, then scroll through the list of applications. If you find the name of the "Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0" (or later), you do not need to install it again. |

| Attention |

If you do not want to lose user data, save the data using the Memory Control Program MCP-2A before updating the firmware and write the data back after updating the firmware. |

Users are required to obtain a license from KENWOOD, in writing, prior to redistributing this software on a personal web page or packet radio. |

| Installation : |

Execute the downloaded self-extracting file "TM-D710_RC-D710_OpPanel_200E.exe" and the file is extracted into a designated folder. |
| 2. |
In the folder labeled "TM-D710_RC-D710_OpPanel", the firmware updating program "TM-D710_RC-D710_OpPanel_V200_e.exe" and "TM-D710_RC-D710_OpPanel_e.chm" are automatically created. |

| Uninstalling : |
| Delete the folder labeled "TM-D710_RC-D710_OpPanel" manually using the Explorer or an alternative method. |
