Caution :
Windows 2000 compatibility
When you read or write a file to the transceiver's memory contents using a notebook PC (Windows 2000), you may get the error message: "Communication timeout error".
In this case, confirm the connection between the transceiver and PC.
  If the problem persists:
1. Select the Pause option (Radio -> Pause).
2. When you select this option, you will be prompted to turn the transceiver OFF and then ON.
3. After you turn the transceiver ON again, press [OK].
Communication between the transceiver and PC begins.
This problem is likely to happen with the TH-D7A/D7E/D7E(Ver2.0) transceivers.
