Notes :

This program is for downloading, uploading the memory channels and various settings on the TS-2000(X)/B2000.

This program runs on Windows 95/98.^(*1)
(This program might not operate on Windows ME/NT4.0/2000/XP)

To write data to or read the data from the TS-2000(X)/B2000 memory, an RS-232C straight cable is required.

About 1MB of free hard disk space is needed to install this program.

At least 5MB of memory is required to run this program.

Before connecting the TS-2000(X)/B2000 to a PC, first turn the TS-2000(X)/B2000 power off.

Permission is required if this program is to be redistributed on a personal web site.

Any user may not be engaged in the following acts:

To revise, change, edit, merge, de-compile or reverse engineer the Software.

The quality and performance of the Products shall not warrant the applicability to the purpose of any user. KENWOOD shall not assume any liability for defects, or warrant anything other than expressly provided in the document. The selection and introduction of the Products as well as the results therefrom shall be upon the liability of the users.

Kenwood shall own all copyrights and other intellectual properties for the Products and all manuals and documents attached to the Products.
User shall be hereby allowed to use, not sell, the Software packed in the Products by Kenwood. While the disc in which the Software is stored is possessed by the user, the ownership for the Software itself shall be reserved for Kenwood.

Installation :

1.	Copy M2000b1.exe to the directory in which you want to install the program.
2.	Execute M2000b1.exe. The following program is automatically extracted: MCP_2000.exe
3.	Start the program by double-clicking MCP_2000.exe

Uninstalling :

1.	Delete the entire directory to which the following files have been copied: MCP_2000.exe
2.	You can also use short-cut commands to delete the directory if it was made using short-cut commands.
3.	Delete "Software" "KENWOOD" from "HKEY_CURRENT_USER" using the Regedit program. However, delete only "MCP-2000" under "KENWOOD" if other MCPs are installed. Carefully carry out registry operations taking care not to delete other registry data. If you are unsure of registry operations, do not delete the files.

Caution :

	A Help file is not included with this beta version.
	Data of the Auto-mode frequency points and the Satellite memory channels are not written to or write from the TS-2000(X)/B2000.
	If you choose the wrong country version when starting this program the first time, reading data from the transceiver will correct the version.
