The ARCP-2000 Ver.1.10 functions properly with Windows Vista™ but may not display Help file.
(Because Windows Vista does not support Winhelp which is used for the ARCP-2000 program.)
To use the ARCP-2000 Ver.1.10 for Windows Vista™ PC, please download and install "WihHlp32.exe" from Microsoft download center. |

The ARCP-2000 radio control program has been updated from version 1.02 to 1.10. We are offering the new version 1.10 as a download (see below) to customers using versions 1.00, 1.01 and 1.02. |

Changes to the ARCP-2000 radio control program from version 1.02 to 1.10 (July 12, 2002):

Changes to the ARCP-2000 radio control program from version 1.01 to 1.02 (December 5, 2001):

Problem resolved: During continuous monitoring of packet data, the previous version did not update the received data displayed in the terminal window. |

Problem resolved: Text displayed in the terminal is now easier to read. |

Changes to the ARCP-2000 radio control program from version 1.00 to 1.01 (March 30, 2001):

Problem resolved: SUB frequency display direct entry is now enabled for satellite mode. |
| 2. |
Problem resolved: With the previous version, changing frequency by clicking the digits of the frequency display (Main & Sub), although possible in standard mode, was not possible in satellite mode. |

Problem resolved: Previously, when calling up satellite memory, the Mode would sometimes be displayed incorrectly on bands not designated by "CTRL". |
| 4. |
Problem resolved: Previously, a maximum of only 7 alphanumerics could be input as a satellite memory channel name. Now 8-character input is possible, as indicated in the original specifications. |

This software is provided for purchasers of either version 1.00 or 1.01 of the ARCP-2000 Radio Control Program.
Please note that it is possible to upgrade from version 1.00 to version 1.02.
If you have not purchased the ARCP-2000 Radio Control Program, you will not be able to use this upgrade after downloading it. |

| Installation |
| 1. |
Run the downloaded file and choose a folder in which to extract the ARPC-2000 installation files. (The file you download is a self-extracting compressed file.) |
| 2. |
A new folder (Arcp2000) is created for the extracted files within the folder you designated. Locate Setup.exe within the sub-folder disk1 and run it to begin installation. |

After installation starts, follow the instructions given on screen to continue |

When installing or uninstalling ARPC-2000 on the Microsoft Windows NT4.0, 2000 or XP operating system, you will need administrative privileges. (In the case of Windows XP, you should use the Administrator's account.
When running this software for the first time, you will be asked to input your license number. In the case of Windows NT4.0, 2000 or XP, you must have administrative privileges to enter this license number. |
